PerfectEveryTime.com offers free ground shipping to the continental United States on MOST purchases totaling $120.00 or more. At this time PerfectEveryTime is unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. Inquire for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Standard Shipping

Orders under $110.00 are subject to set shipping rates of only $7.85 for orders up to $89.98, and $8.55 for orders between $89.99 and $109.99. MOST orders $120.00 and over (excluding dinnerware) are shipped FREE anywhere in the Continental United States. Due to the weight of dinnerware - most dinnerware items require shipping fees to be added to the above rule of shipping fees. If you desire a shipping other than ground shipping, as you check out you will be able to request 3-Day-Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you are ordering a clock via one of these special shipping options, please inquire for exact rates. For example, 31" Clocks shipped Next Day Air costs approx. $110.00. 2-Day-Air approximately $79.00. 3-Day-Select $58.00. These shipping charges will be added to your order manually. Please call if you have any questions or concerns. Inquire for rates to Canada, to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, FPO addresses and International shipping at info@perfecteverytime.com. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground. Most orders are processed and shipped within two to five business days after the order is received. Dinnerware will now only require 3-4 business days to ship. At PerfectEveryTime we do everything we can to expedite your order and forward your UPS tracking number to you as soon as possible. Next Day Air, 2-Day, and 3-Day is available and will be at the customer's expense unless otherwise noted. You should call ahead of time to get an estimate for special shipping charges. Shipping charges for Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day are manually added to your order if you select one of them as your shipping method. Customers are responsible to give accurate contact information so that packages may arrive without complications. If additional shipping charges are incurred because a customer gives incorrect information, refuses a delivery or is not available for delivery, that customer will be held responsible for all such charges. Simple Returns

We at PerfectEveryTime.com highly value your business. We strive to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable and simple, so we have developed a simple return policy we believe to be both fair and efficient. All items are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturers' warranties are processed by the product manfacturers. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty concerns. We are happy to assist you with contact information, and we will be happy to help you in obtaining warranty work for your defective product anytime within the manufacturer's warranty period. Items rarely arrive in less then perfect condition, however when this occurs we will work with you to get it resolved.

 

Should you need to return an item, it must FIRST be approved and authorized by PET. Larger items such as large wall clocks (18" and larger) and dinnerware cannot be returned. Shipping damaged items will be taken up with UPS and defective items will be taken up with the the manufacturer who will be responsible for replacement of item for item (same for same). Please bring damages and defects to our attention within fourty-eight-hours.    If you request a return and it is authorized, we will deduct the original cost of shipping, you will pay to ship it back insured, and in most cases we will also deduct up to a fifteen percent re-stocking fee. The only exception is when either PerfectEveryTime.com or the manufacturer has incorrectly shipped the wrong product out to you through no fault of your own, or the product arrives damaged. Also, it is important to note that when you do return an item that has been approved for return by PET, you will be responsible for the ACTUAL shipping charges BOTH WAYS even if the item(s) was shipped to you free.    

 

All items MUST be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging with all accessories and documents. Otherwise additional restocking fees will apply. And if the item has been in your possession for more than 48-hours we will make the assumption that you have used it, therefore it cannot be returned! Please do not mark on the original box.  PerfectEveryTime.com cannot be held responsible for damages caused to items improperly packaged by customer. Watches may not be worn, used, sized or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear cannot be returned! Out of box visual defects must be reported within fourty-eight hours of delivery. All returns must first be authorized by PerfectEveryTime's Customer Service department. Right now our Toll Free numberis down due to our moving.  Your credit card will be credited, within two to four weeks of the day your package is received and inspected. If you are returning a gift, only a PET store credit will be issued. Once we have received your order and it has been placed - it is too late for you to cancel your order.

If we receive a dispute/chargeback letter from your creditcard company, a handling feee and a processing fee will be deducted from your refund and or charged to you in order to handle each dispute.
